Ron was absolutely wonderful, he arrived on time and created new key for my 2015 Ford Explorer after mine became a total wreck . with all the programming equipment, cut the key and programmed it perfectly right on site, he made sure the remote buttons were working right and charged a very fair price that was much lower than the dealership offer, highly skilled technician, and totally friendly guy, highly recommend Ron and Baltimore Door & Lock.
