Yesterday morning, me and my staff have found ourselves locked out of the store, the key broke off inside the lock. We were completely overwhelmed, especially having to face a crowd of frustrated customers, but everything quickly turned around when I called Baltimore Door & Lock and just 15 minutes later, Dylan, the locksmith technician arrived on site, he quickly drilled the lock and opened the door for us and then he installed a new mortise lock and adjusted the mechanism perfectly so it wouldn’t happen again, excellent service e, super fast and very professional, and the price was totally fair and affordable too, absolutely recommended!
