Ron from Baltimore Door & Lock was fantastic, he came over in less the 30 minutes they said and unlocked my Chevy Malibu in less than a minute, very professional and super friendly guy, did not cause any damage and was his price was cheaper compare to other companies I used in the past, would definitely call him again for emergencies like this.
