Gilad showed up right when he said he would, worked methodically and rekey our entire office without disturbing our workflow, when he was done, he tested each lock multiple times and handed over neatly labeled keys so there was no confusion what so ever, he did an outstanding job designing and implementing our master key system and we’re extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Baltimore Door & Lock!
