A break-in attempt left our back door locks totally damaged and we needed it replaced as quickly as possible, Scott from Baltimore Door & Lock came out quickly and replaced it with new state of the art Medeco’s high-security locks and also reinforced the strike plate for extra strength, he did a fantastic job and we were absolutely satisfied and completely happy with how the entire service was handled.
