Our emergency exit door panic push bar had stopped working and Robert from Baltimore Door & Lock replaced it with a brand new one in no time, super knowledgeable technician, very professional and easy to deal with, he is really honest guy, he offered to fix it but the differences of getting a new one were minor and he said it would be faster. Robert did a great job and we would definitely felt like we were in good hands, highly recommend him.
