Called Baltimore Door & Lock when my front door deadbolt lock was completely jammed and the key was stuck and did not turned in any direction, Tim was here 20 minutes later and replaced the faulty lock, he even matched the new deadbolt with our old keys and didn’t charged extra for that, outstanding service really helpful and fast, the whole experience was great and stress free, highly recommend this guys to y’all.
