I was really impressed with Baltimore Door & Lock, super responsive customer service and very professional lock replacement service. Scott came and took care of everything in the best way possible, he changed all our locks, inside and outside, high-security deadbolts on the front and back doors and new doorknobs as well, he also made extra keys for us and didn’t charge the service fee for the visit. Great experience definitely recommend this company.
