Adam the technician was able to call me back couple of minutes after I talk to their office and quickly scheduled  an appointment for the following day in order to duplicate key for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali truck. Adam was very punctual and arrived exactly on the time and managed  to get the key duplicated in less than 30 minutes. His price was cheaper than any other place I’ve checked and more than half of the dealer’s price. Definitely recommend him
