I called Baltimore Door & Lock early this morning around 8am. After I’ve explained what was my problem with a mortise lock at my business they referred me to a specialist. Scott called back in less than a minute confirm my address and showed up after 30 minutes. He was great managed to save my lock and made it ever work better!
