Me and my dog got locked out of the house after we went out for a walk 🙁 … I was sure I had the key on me but I was wrong. Baltimore Door & Lock responded super fast (picked up right away), Scott came by within 15 minutes, opened the door without any damage to either door or lock and his pricing was fair and reasonable. What an excellent experience!
