I needed a locksmith to install a new keypad lock I got from Lowe’s at my house, and Scott from Baltimore Door & Lock did a great job for me,  first he showed up on time, then we negotiated the price and he was very easy to work with, he quoted a very reasonable price and immediately started working, he was professional and very efficient, and got the job done in just 15 minutes, but spent another extra 10 minutes guiding me and helping with the lock’s app. Outstanding service and such a great experience, I totally pleased with his service and would absolutely recommend it, thanks again Scott!
