I was locked out of my house at late night time and Baltimore Door & Lock technician arrived after 20 minutes. He was professional  and let me back inside the house quickly without damaging the lock. I felt in good hands and I’m highly recommend them for anybody the locked out of the house.

I locked myself out of the house and after I called Baltimore Door & Lock they came in about 30 minutes and open my door in another 3 minutes. Very professional technician and very nice guy, great service and I’m giving 5 stars.

Dylan from Baltimore Door & Lock came over our retail store to rekey all the locks after half of our staff was replaced, he handled it very efficiently, working on multiple doors simultaneously and ensuring every key worked flawlessly, he worked out of our business hours not to disturb our customers did a great job, Dylan’s friendly attitude and clear communication made the whole process easy and surprisingly enjoyable.

Robert came out and made new car keys for my son's Mustang, he was very professional, his pricing was reasonable and got everything done in a pretty quickly, very trustable business with an excellent service mind, absolutely recommended!
