The technician called and said he's on the way and he arrived at my home 30 minutes earlier, he listened carefully to what I needed, then he quoted his price which was very reasonable and told me it would take about 20-30 minutes to finish up the job properly. He worked quickly and was very efficient, and like he said he was done within 30  minutes , he also provided 3 new keys as we agreed and was very friendly the whole process, I’d definitely recommend Baltimore Door & Lock, honest, reliable and professional!

I accidentally broke my key in my apartment deadbolt lock, but Dylan from Baltimore Door & Lock came out and had everything fixed within 40 minutes, he even made me two extra new keys and charged me fairly, quick respond and very helpful service, thanks again Dylan!
