My son and his girlfriend were locked out of my car when they went to see a movie on a Sunday night. My son called me under pressure because this was his first time in such situation but I quickly calmed him down and immediately called Baltimore Door & Lock and gave them his phone number. This guy is the most skilled locksmith technician I've been working with. I have a 2017 KTM Super Duke and Last Sunday when I was at a gas station the key broke. Called these guys and Scott came over to help me out and after analyzing the correct key code he was able to cut the right key within 15 minutes. While most locksmiths won't touch a motorcycle. this guy is the Master! Highly recommend!

I called Baltimore Door & Lock because of all their great reviews and I’m so very glad I did, like many others, I’ve had bad experiences with locksmiths over the years, but this guys are a completely different story. They answered my call quickly and managed to send a technician within 30 minutes, Gilad came to our and install a new Schlage Connect smart deadbolt lock on our front door and replace three other interior doorknobs. Gilad is a great guy, honest, skilled and very easy to work with, he did a great job and his price was fantastic, I feel so very lucky to have found him, highly recommended folks!

My key got stuck in my truck’s ignition, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t remove it. It was a very frustrating and stressful situation, but Oren Baltimore Door & Lock finest technician came over and saved the day, he disassembled the cylinder, replaced some worn parts and had it turning smoothly again all under an hour, Oren clearly knows ignition locks inside and out, and I would absolutely recommend him.

I have only good words to say about Baltimore Door & Lock and on Scott their wonderful technician, who was extremely helpful and also very friendly, Scott came over and replaced 3 broken doorknobs inside the house and installed an extra deadbolt on the front door, he did great job at totally affordable price, totally happy with the result and would definitely recommend their services!

Jackson came out and helped me with my SentrySafe after its keypad failed he handled it like a pro and managed to open the safe, the pricing was fair and the service was done very professionally I totally appreciate the help and would absolutely recommend this company thanks again.
