Extremely quick response! Adam, their technician called back after just one minute with a very reasonable quote for rekeying 2 locks and since I wasn't at home we scheduled him to meet me in an hour. Exactly one hour later Adam was at my place. He did a wonderful job and it took him only 30 minutes. Thank you Adam!

My 2015 Mazda battery was dead and the key fob wouldn't work, I called Baltimore Door & Lock today in the morning and the technician was here after 30 min. It took him 3 minutes to unlock the door, he's a great guy so you can't go wrong Thanks you Baltimore Door & Lock.
