Lost my car keys and the spare one that I have was not working even after I've changed the battery. I needed a new one asap!! Called around 2pm, Tim showed up at 2:25pm!! Our screen door lock broke and we needed it changed, so I called this guys and Dean showed up an hour later. He was very helpful and efficient and managed to quickly changed the lock with a new one. Great service, super fast and reasonably priced, I’ll definitely use their services again and would absolutely recommend them!

Our emergency exit door panic push bar had stopped working and Robert from Baltimore Door & Lock replaced it with a brand new one in no time, super knowledgeable technician, very professional and easy to deal with, he is really honest guy, he offered to fix it but the differences of getting a new one were minor and he said it would be faster. Robert did a great job and we would definitely felt like we were in good hands, highly recommend him.
