Saturday morning  lost my mailbox key and couldn’t grab my mail. Brandon came out and replaced the lock quickly and gave me 2 new keys. He was friendly and explained me the process that need to be done. Amazing service from start to finish with affordable price thank you and I’m highly recommended.

Last night my key got stuck in the lock and I got locked out. It happened around 9pm and i tried to get help. My 3 calls with 3 different locksmiths went straight to voicemail. When I called these guys I was referred to Tim and he was very responsive and said he would be there within 30mins. When he showed up he managed to open the door, save the lock and also to fix it. Tim is very skilled and  professional, I would absolutely recommend him!

Tim came out to my rescue last night when I locked myself out of my house. without any delays he was here within 15 minutes and after another 5 minutes I was back inside my house. Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

Adam is quite an expert and got the door open in just one minute, price was fair and I am very satisfied, to sum it up in 3 words fast, convenient and affordable.

A break-in attempt left our back door locks totally damaged and we needed it replaced as quickly as possible, Scott from Baltimore Door & Lock came out quickly and replaced it with new state of the art Medeco's high-security locks and also reinforced the strike plate for extra strength, he did a fantastic job and we were absolutely satisfied and completely happy with how the entire service was handled.

Adam the technician showed up on time and quoted a very reasonable price for new doorknob and deadbolt installation job, he worked very efficiently and was done pretty fast, completely satisfied with the result and very happy with the fair price too, totally recommending this business.
