Adam was so helpful , he waited for me to send him a photo of the broken handle set lock so he could quote a price and get  the right replacement. Then when he arrived he managed to change it in less than 10 minutes he rekeyed the deadbolt and gave me to new keys. He also noticed that the door hinges are loose and quickly tighten them free of charge! Great guy very friendly and professional.

I had Tim from Baltimore Door & Lock coming over last Friday to rekey our new house. Very easy to deal with and also to schedule an appointment, Tim was able to quote his price upfront over the phone and after I was shopping around I couldn't find any better price.
