Before we are able to access your unit proof of ownership is required. This verification can be provided with a valid state ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport along with a copy of the current storage lease agreement (which can generally be obtained from the front desk).
In cases where payments have been missed or forgotten we may not be able to provide our services until authorization has been given by the storage facility representative confirming ownership rights.
