The technician called and said he’s on the way and he arrived at my home 30 minutes earlier, he listened carefully to what I needed, then he quoted his price which was very reasonable and told me it would take about 20-30 minutes to finish up the job properly. He worked quickly and was very efficient, and like he said he was done within 30  minutes , he also provided 3 new keys as we agreed and was very friendly the whole process, I’d definitely recommend Baltimore Door & Lock, honest, reliable and professional!
