Locked myself out on Xmas night. Called something like 5 locksmith companies 4 times went to voicemail till these guys answered the phone. They were able to send Scott and he arrived after 40 minutes. He opened my apartment door in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me a skyrocketed holiday fee, on the contrary he was very kind and friendly and did a clean job. Adam was so helpful , he waited for me to send him a photo of the broken handle set lock so he could quote a price and get  the right replacement. Then when he arrived he managed to change it in less than 10 minutes he rekeyed the deadbolt and gave me to new keys. He also noticed that the door hinges are loose and quickly tighten them free of charge! Great guy very friendly and professional.

Very easy to deal with and also to schedule an appointment, Tim was able to quote his price upfront over the phone and after I was shopping around I couldn't find any better price. Ron was my technician and he came to help me with a new key fob for my 2014 Honda Ridgeline, he gave a great offer for cutting and programming 2 new key fobs and got it done perfectly in just one hour.
