This is the second time I've used Tim's services. On the first time he helped me getting back in to my car after I've locked the key in the ignition switch and this time he came to install a smart lock by Schlage on my front door and on the way he also replaced the doorknob with a grip exterior handle set. He did an amazing work and I'm really satisfied. Thank you Tim!

Tim was super quick to reply my request for a quote to replace my mailbox lock after I had its key broke off inside. He was able to come at a time that was very convenient for me and he completed the work in less than 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend him

On last Sunday my key broke inside the deadbolt lock of the back door that leads to my garage and I needed it to be replaced. Scott was able to come after 30 minutes of me reaching out and he quickly changed the lock. Scott also rekey it to match my old key and made 2 extra key copies. Super fast respond, very reasonable price and highly professional service!

Their technician came out on short notice and helped me out when my key snapped and broke, half piece was in the lock while the otter one was in my hand, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced, highly recommended!

Last night was my first time getting locked out of my apartment, I was stressed and really didn't know what to do, but after I called this guys I realized that I'm in good hands. Dean was my technician, he arrived quickly and he was very friendly and kind, he managed to open the door literally in just one minute and he charged what I believe is a fair price, after all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this guys!

I would highly recommend Baltimore Door & Lock, great customer service, responsive and very communicative and easy to deal with,  the locksmith arrived on time, highly professional and very efficient, replaced the handle set on our front door and charged us reasonably, job well done!

After a long and busy day settling into my new apartment, I unintentionally locked myself out with the only key still inside the apartment, Baltimore Door & Lock was the most responsive and Oren, their technician, showed up in just 15 minutes after I called them up, he was very fast and efficient, he quickly got me back in, and also made me2  new key copies right there on the spot, super friendly and helpful service, highly recommend this company!

The work that Dylan did for me was top of the line, he was able to secure our commercial entry doors after a temporary breach and install heavy duty commercial grade locks on the doors, he was very proficient and fast, yet took the time to explain everything that he was doing and ensured that the doors were secure before he left, excellent pricing and excellent experience.
