Very honest and reliable business, Dean was the locksmith technician who came out and replaced an old rusty deadbolt lock on the door that leads to the house from our garage, he also rekey the lock so we could still use the same key and he charged a very reasonable price, super friendly guy, will definitely use him again!

My front door handle came right out and the deadbolt was barely turning, so I searched on the internet and found Baltimore Door & Lock, great website, user friendly and with great reviews. I gave them a call and they've answered right away, very easy to deal with, they got all the necessary info and told me a technician will be contacting me within the next few minutes to schedule the appointment and so it was. couple of minutes later Ron was on the phone, he was very kind and friendly and said he can come right away and showed up quickly. Ron did a wonderful job, was done in less than an hour and the cost was reasonable and affordable, thanks again guys!

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s key fob broke and I needed a replacement, turning to the dealership is not an option because on top of their outrages rate they needed me to tow my car all the way to their lot, on the contrary, Gilad from Baltimore Door & Lock showed up at my location made the new key right on the spot and charge a much better and cheaper price. Cut and programmed correctly, it works perfectly, overall I am very happy I called Baltimore Door & Lock and would strongly recommend them over your car dealership!

The technician arrived in 30 minutes just like they estimate and had a brand new key fob cut and programmed for my heavy duty F-350, super friendly guy, very knowledgeable and also very fast and efficient, the total cost was and exactly as they've quoted online and much lower compared to the dealership, I highly recommend Baltimore Door & Lock for any car key replacement needs.

We had the pleasure of being serviced by Adam of Baltimore Door & Lock, he replaced our front door Kwikset handle, his service was top-notch, he was right on time, very efficient and very detailed in his work, the new door handle looks great, works great, and feels very sturdy, Adam even went the extra mile and made us 2 extra key free of charge, it is very hard to come by a person as trustworthy and easy to work with as Adam and we certainly recommend him.
